I am sure it was a very nasty experience for you, but, my dear friend, you are intelligent and bright and I am also sure that you know that the person that said those words was in the wrong.

Personally I think such disgusting behaviour is a type of terrorism don`t you ? If it struck fear in your heart, you were terrorised in my book.
