Well. Depending on a person's crime. You have to also keep this in mind that prisons are entirely funded by taxes. Meaning, their food, bedding, and clothes, air conditioning, officers, etc. So, for people who have done truly heinous acts by just killing them (as their punishment) instead of keeping them alive saves the tax payer money. Just think about it like this. Would you want to pay for a criminal's food,bedding, and clothes until they died? |

In my opinion, the piece of trash who raped and murdered my 15 yr old cousin, then killed his own mother, sister and 4 yr old niece, lived 10 yrs too long on death row. All because his mom didn't give him $20 for drugs. I only felt relief the day they gave him the injection. |

No. While they are alive they may kill correctional officers and fellow prisoners.
There hae been many Correctional Officers assaulted or killed by the scum but Amnesty International only cries for the murderers, not the victims. That is a very hypocritical group. They give millions of dollars to death row inmates and none to their victims. |

How exactly is killing them setting them free? If the State can kill them, then they're on death row. And the Supreme Court just held you have to have committed a crime against the state (treason) or murder to be executed. So the vast majority are murderers.
Murderers will be punished after death. I don't care what religious ideology you adhere to, they will either be burning in hell, or reincarnated as the mice used in horrific medical experimentation. |
