Then why not swine flu? Why or why not? Reasonable suspicion means that they did not act sick like blowing their nose, sneezing, or losing a whole lot of weight.

Nope, it's not illegal. If you spread false rumors to the public you may be sued for libel, however.

I think it's legal to accuse or assume someone has aids without reasonable suspicion if its not in a court of law.

I think Swine Flu can be caught through the air though. I'll have to look it up.
