its called acting.... Tons of musicians have a stage name and a real name. the former being just that.. a STAGE name. its not real. They dont actually have 2 legal names. You cant. You use one name. You can have a former name or an AKA (alias) but you cant legally have 2 identities. |

It's illegal to try to pass off an illegal identity as legal (i.e. using a "fake id" to drink, smoke, drive, rent an apartment, buy a car, work, etc). It's not illegal to have a kind of alter-ego. I'm not a huge Hannah Montana fan, but from what I've seen of the show, she's a teenager who is trying to have a "normal" life while being famous. "Hannah" is a character, and that's all. |
