The only difference is that the oppress different people.
Zimbabwe's people are oppressed by their own leadership, same goes for indonesia to a certain extent.
USA and Israel obviously Oppress others (as well as those within their own countries).
Corruption spreads like wildfire where there is poverty, and it's petty corruption too - stuff that won't even register on the consciousness of the middle-class herd.
Things like robbing a convenience store, or the gas station, simply to save a couple of bucks.
But, the more power a person has, the more of an effect the corruption has.
Never thought about it like that really, that there might well be a sort of class-war among criminals as well... |
