i regret getting this restraining order.. everything happend so fast, i am so distraut from it bc ths person meant a lot to me.. nd i feel i need to speak w thm one last time for closure,, wat can i do?

Technically, if you don't want to go through the trouble of dropping the order, then just meet up with them and talk. The way that restraining orders work is, if they abuse the order, then they will get in trouble with the law IF they are reported. Basically, if this person were to disobey the order, then they would most likely only get into trouble if you were to report them for it. Just don't let the 'law' know that you are meeting with them. And if someone were to find out, which is highly unlikely, then you would be able to talk him out of trouble. Good luck, hope this helped. |
