You would think they would give him a polygraph just to see if they're wasting their time. Unless they created another (oops) Patsy. Is this guy just another Oswald or what? Maybe this JonBenet thing was designed for a reason. Millions (or billions?) of dollars have been made from her death. But how many kids have been saved or worse because of it. The Internet is a boom for this. People have donated millions of dollars but where is it going? It seems it's always been about the money some how. |

Well, it's better to extradite him because if his story does check out then he might run away if he is set free to "wait and see."
This guy is creepy, but I feel that he didn't do it. He was writing a book on the case and was obsessed with her and Polly Classe. Many of his alleged activities in the confession don't come close to the autopsy report.
I'm sure he was arrested in Thailand for another reason and wants to be extradited to stay out of Thailand. Their legal system probably isn't as cushy as it is here. Confessing, being brought to the US then found not to be responsible probably means he got away from justice in Thailand. |

I was reading more about his confession. His sister, insists that they were together when the murder took place and she resides in another State. Also, he confessed to drugging her and than suffocating her. Plus her skull was fractured.The toxicology reports were negative for any type of drugs. The underwear she was wearing was tested for DNA and had no match in the FBI data base for prior convicted criminals. He was arrested once before in California prior to becoming a teacher in Colorado.
Did he commit a heinous crime on a child in Thailand, and wants to take the fall for the Ramsey case to be extradited to the United States instead of facing trial in Southeast Asia? Who knows? |

I believe he is unquestionably guilty!! But I am not able to say that he is, I just really think he is! So, considering the evidence I gathered, I would say they have enough evidence to bring his a s s back to the states and serve the sick piece of s h i t the justice he deserves!! |

I don't think they can find out while he is there because they need to test his DNA and find out if he is a match . Whatever the outcome - it will be difficult for him to get another job around kids in this country ; and he shouldn't ! |

I think there are other news stories worth watching. My only comment is she should never have been placed in the position she was in. She was a child, not Barbie. I'd be ashamed to do that to my child, and it drew unsavoury attention to her, resulting in her death. |

I too say we just rid the world of the scum he obviously is and keep looking for someone else to link to it as well. If I am right I believe the letter to her parents was supposedly written by someone representing a group. So I say we use that to our advantage and get rid of this guy and keep looking for the rest of the "group". |
