My question involves restraining orders in the State of: kentucky county of fayette city of lexington .
I currently reside in the state of minnesota , where me 35 my ex gf 23 and my son 2 have lived since augest 2009 , on june 12 2010 , without my knowledge and without any fight or argument she decided to leave me and took our son with her and moved to her origional home state of ky (our son was born in colorado ) since she has been there she filed an emergency protiction order there stating that i have been threatening her and harassing her over the phone ,with this no contact order comes temporary custody of our child . we have never had any problems in the past police called or anything ever , it is not true , i am scared of what a judge will do the court date is july 12 2010 and i will be appearing by telephone , i dont have a lawyer in ky , however i do have one in mn where i have filed for custody as mn is the state with jurisdiction , any advise apreaciated ,thanks
