my friend died and he allways said i could have his truck he told people that now family took can i fight to get auto will please explain what i can do if nothing his father took truck but his mother said i could have truck he told his grandmother too icould have truck there no will gone to probate court can i fight or not have chance

If your friend never put anything in writing, the family isn't obligated to give you the truck. The only thing you can do is talk to the mother and/or grandmother and see if they wish to give you the truck.

If your friend had nothing in writing I'm afraid your out of luck.

His family is entitled to his belongings.
