My Father sold ancestral 6 acres agri land in Maharashtra for 45 lakhs in first week of june 2011. He is 85 years old. We are 4 married sisters. No brother. He is giving Rs. 5 lakhs to each daughter. But I dont want money, i want my share of land. 1) Do i have a right to claim this share of land. 2)Under which act? 3) As I am the youngest and was married in 1995. Is there any law in Maharashtra which says only daughters married after 1994 can have share in father's ancsetral property and not dauthers married before 1994. Please explain.
