They have ben seperated for four weeks and starting a divorce.Nothing happened till after she left.Can I be sued for this .

You can be sued for ANYTHING whether it's a legal issue or not. However, if the soon to be ex husband wanted to sue you in this case he wouldn't have a leg to stand on. In fact, he could easily be accused of a frivolous lawsuit, since adultery isn't illegal. |

check your local laws,.......but from where I come from,...it could be considered alienation of affection and you could be sued by her husband...technically. |

In some states adultery is still illegal.
And I really don't care if she's seperated. A seperation is supposed to be a cooling off period. The couple is supposed to be spending that time deciding whether or not they really want to divorce. You're interfering into a relationship that isn't dissolved yet.
I only hope there aren't any kids involved. |

It seems you may be sued for just about anything. Even breathing. So no one can say "no" and be sure of that.
However the chances are probably slim unless, of course, the husband is looking for better terms of divorce.
You might be wise to steer clear of this woman until the divorce is final!!! |

If the separation is court ordered, then yes. Because bylaws usually dictate how the parties are to act during this time. However there is also the civil side to this where if the married male wants to take action for infidelity and violation to a contract, he can. |
