Have your fiance speak to the Chaplain at the prison.
"The divorce rate among couples where one spouse is incarcerated for one year or more is 85%. Getting married to a prisoner means you will be jumping through a lot of legal hoops and possibly experiencing a lot of heartache."
Marriage is a legal and binding contract, not just a way to have conjugal visits with someone. Please, please consider carefully before you marry someone who is incarcerated, justifiably so or not.
If your relationship is truly meant to last, it will last until he is released from prison, and you can marry then. |

The best thing you could do with your life is go back to school and stay away from people who are in jail.

I'm not sure what a feonce is, but, some prisons/jails allow 'proxy' weddings... meaning, another person stands in for the inmate and the marriage occurs outside the jail.
I doubt that you will be allowed 'contact' visits with any jail... some prisons allow contact visitation for their 'best' prisoners.
