Motion For Relief From Stay?

What does this mean when an attorney files this on behalf of a debtor? It is for a mobile home that should be pd outside of our Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Plan

your question does not make sense to me in the context of info provided. in bankruptcy,the "stay" is protection for the debtor. it is the creditors who are stayed from taking actions against the debtor in bankruptcy. it is the creditor who files a motion for relief from stay, asking the court to allow it to take action against the debtor despite the bankruptcy stay. it makes no sense to me that a debtor would to lift the stay. have you decided to forfeit the mobile home?
