i wasnt arrested just ginvin a warning. i dont drink alcohol or any such thing. the only thing i drank was pumpkin spice. its like a hot chocolate.

The legal limit for someone under 21 is 0.
There's no legal limit if you're 21 or over if you're not driving.
The legal limit if you're driving is 0.08.

you tested .222 and you didn't have any alcohol?
The policeman's machine must be a piece of junk.
Are you sure there's not rum in the drink?
Also, if you blow into the breathalizer immediately after drinking alcohol, it will show a high number, even if you only took a sip and are not even slightly drunk. |
