Yes, you should ask him to call a lawyer to go with him to give himself up. It's only going to get worse, not better, the longer he stays out.

How does this sound.........Felony count of Harboring a Fugitive? Unless you want that attached to your name soon I suggest you either turn him in or at least tell him to leave NOW.

He is already in major trouble, why is he trying to take you there too? That's not love, that is using someone. Please, get smart and tell him to get lost.

Ask him to leave, now. If he refuses, it shows he is more concerned about himself than he is about you.
If he does not leave, you run out, now, contact the police and tell them you were in fear of your life when he showed up and just got away. If you indicate in any way that you allowed him to stay or that you could have left earlier, you will be charged with and found guilty of harboring a fugitive and will go to prison for a long time.
Also, the police will assume that anyone who broke out of prison is armed and dangerous: When they show up at your place they will show up with the SWAT team, and will fire tear gas into the apartment and shoot be ready to shoot to kill. Don't die for your felon boyfriend.

Oh, yes, if you can, get an attorney to talk to the police for you. You don't want to talk yourself into a cell.

By giving him a place to stay you are aiding and abetting an escaped felon. This is a felony. You have three choices: 1) Do nothing and hope he doesn't get captured. If he gets captured then your going down too; 2) Tell him to leave and don't call the cops. If the cops find out he stayed with you and you didn't tell them, then your going to jail; 3) Turn him in. He's a friggin' loser for being in prison anyway.
