My bud jus gave me a pack of cigs.?

OK so I'm 17 and I smoke and my dad knows I smoke but he doesn't care and one of my friends is under the impression that I'm 18 and I always bummed cigs off him and he gots sick of it so he gave me a pack. What couls happen if we got caught. To him and me?

First off if he gave you cigs. he's not your Bud. Throw the damn things away what is there about causing lung cancer that you don't understand.
