the girl was seeing another guy for like 5 years and had a child with that guy as well but they have since broke up......now that guy said to my friend that the girl is getting child support from him for BOTH kids.......is that possible? and can she collect support from my buddy if she is getting it from the other dude?.....crazy....FYI this is in Ontario, Canada......

Well if he isn't Court Ordered to pay, as in one isn't doesn't matter which, then of course she can. If both are being Court Ordered then I doubt that the Courts would have both pay Child Support on the same child. I can't speak for what Canadian Courts would do though. |
