Try calling Social Services. I'm pretty sure he can do it, but it's not fair to put you in that position, because it's a personal choice.

If he pressures you into having a baby you don't want, you might end up resenting him and the baby for the rest of your lives. Does he understand this?

check you state laws. i do think so but each state is different. or, just get a job with your new husband and get an apartment and not worry about your dad.

but if he does and you have no place to go,he could face criminal charges of: "endangering a minor"
and he will still be legally responsible for your actions until you are 18

Do you have anywhere else to live if he throws you out? Whether it's right or wrong, I'd guess he can do it. Anyway, if he tried, it would be most unpleasant to live there, right. And no opinion here, but my daughter had one, and really regrets it. Consider adoption instead?

Depends on what your State's age of minor verus adult is. It will not be an easy feat for him to pull off in most states. Child neglect and endangerment would come into play.

I'm not sure if someone can legally force him to house you, but I'm sure they can legally force him to financially support you. If you're a minor and biologically his child, he has to give you basic financial support. I agree with the person who said call Social Services or look for nonoprofits in your area who help people in your situation. Legally you have a right to your own body and at leats until Republicans change the law, no one can make you carry a baby you don't want. There are LOTS of people out there to help young women like you, I promise! Don't be scared!

Do what you feel you need to do. If your fathers throws you out, so be it. Honestly I feel he's bluffing.

Just in case he's not bluffing, find an alternate place to stay. Mail a letter to him explaining that you love him and that you'd like to work things out (maybe you guys can seek family counseling).

Above all, don't let your father's threats sway you from doing whatever YOU feel you need to do.

Thats to bad, but at least you've told him. I don't know if he can or not but it sounds to me like we wants you to have the baby. Alot of girls run into just the opposite, you know what I mean? Their parents will say if you have the baby will throw them out or throw them out bnecause they are preganant. so, it sounds like he rook the news pretty well. Sounds like you need to dicuss this with him more...like your plans for the future. Good Luck.

If you're a minor, I'd like to know who you will get to perform the abortion. Isn't there parental consent?

If there isn't, there should be. They can't operate on you without parental consent, why give you an abortion without one?

Keep the baby. It's not the baby's fault you are pregnant. How uncaring can you be?

Yes he can do that, his house, his rules.
There are shelters you can go into though, maybe your police department can help you, mine helped me when I got kicked out.

I would too. Why would you want to kill your child. They didn't get you pregnant. If you don't want the baby, give it up for adoption. Then you keep your father and save a life. If you are old enough to get pregnant you are old enough to get kicked out on your @ss.

They will open their legs for the worst type of guys imaginable. Get an abortion and keep your legs shut for a few years until you learn something about contraception and responsibility. Abortion is legal so get it done. Do not bring unwanted children in to this world. Females have to realise they have something that all men want and only very very few actually deserve.
