She will deff owe the money back, plus more. If the girl who's card was stolen presses charges, then you go to court where they decide your future. Most likely 60-100 hours of community service (road clean ups etc.) or up to three years in jail. I would say, go tell her your goodbyes. . . if she is prosecuted you wont see her for while! I guess that is why we dont steal. . .

I dont think she will do any time.
I am thinking from the question she is a minor and she does not have a pattern of this.
I dont think you mean CVS is after her. I think you mean the police are after her.
But, the best thing she can do is turn herself in and take a plea deal.
I believe it is a Class C felony depending on the state. |
