Find answers to your legal question.

My neighbor keeps vandalizing my car! Help me get revenge!!!?

my neighbor has a reputation in the neighborhood for keying ppls cars... she keyed mine and she even keyed my brothers! Once she even got drunk and threw a beer bottle at my door for absolutely no reason and it shattered everywhere!
i have no proof that it is her that is keying everyones cars except that when we used to be friends she showed me that she keyed a couple of neighbors cars, again for no reason, and it is exactly the same mark on my car and my brothers car! The same exact motion was used when she keyed our cars!!!! please help me think of some ways to get back at her without getting me in trouble... I just cant keep spending the money on getting my car fixed because i am pregnant and trying to save my money to move the hell out of this place!!!

If you seek out revenge on this girl you are going to be in some legal trouble if she decides to press charges on you.
Since you have no proof of her keying the cars, you have no case.
So why don't you grow up and handle this by the book. Ask anyone if they have witnessed her key the cars. Is there a way you can put the car in a garage? Plant cameras in inconspicuous places. They are inexpensive. I know that sounds like a drag but you cannot take someone to court if you have no proof that it is her. You have to have EVIDENCE.
Either that, or just get the heck out of there! She's sounds pyshco.

Try setting up a cam to catch her keying.

Anything else you do for revenge is likely to get you in trouble instead.

Besides, watching her being led into the backseat of a squad car for vandalism will be great revenge.

That's the problem with society, they think a negative act deserves retaliation. It's a vicious circle that should end. Rather than doing that, just set up a hidden camera in your front house and try to catch her in the act, then report her to the police.

The best "revenge" is the one that doesn't involve you doing anything illegal, un-ethical, or anti-social.

You've got the moral high-ground right now. Don't do anything to change that.

Get video of her doing the deed, then present that video to the police, then immediately file for a restraining order.

Alternatively, just stop getting the car fixed until you actually can afford to move away.

Hmm... "Law & Ethics "

"Help me get revenge!!?"

Wrong category, maybe?

I have a similar problem. My car got keyed all across one entire side. I must have really pissed someone off without knowing. Which is odd because I keep to myself and I am a pretty passive dude. I am trying to buy a house so I can't spend money on my car (which used to be very shiny and looked new after two years).

1. We could call the cops. But lets be honest. They wont do anything, maybe send a patrol around if they get bored.
2. stay awake all night and watch vigilantly. Not good if you need sleep.
3. Set up a camera, maybe an old cheap VHS one in the blinds and get some evidence. I think this is the only way.
4. Move out, I am thinking about moving in with my parents for 2 months. my lease is month to month. screw my roommates if this keeps happening.
5. Install touch sensitive alarm on your car, this means if a bird touches it the alarm will go off. That will be catching them in the act.

some people can be such douche bags and for no apparent reason.

Hope this helps, because I feel stuck too

throw a bag over her head and stomp her in

Chances are that if you take any lawful action- absolutely nothing will change.

Get together and key the hell out of her car... Do what she does back.
