Ah ha! Now we are getting to the truth. You are jealous, maybe of the amount of money he is making or else because he has green fingers and you don't?. YES! it is illegal to grow cannabis in this country, but as we all know, or at least should realise, not all laws are 'Just'. When there are so many medical benefits to Cannabis usage, why is it illegal? when you can go down the pub and get plastered, end up in a fight, someone gets hurt, hospital services, liver disease, the list is endless. There has only been 1 recorded death that has been attributed to cannabis and that's only because a bail of it fell on someones head and broke their neck. It sounds to me that you need to get a life of you're own instead of interfering with other peoples lives. The Dutch have got it sussed. The coffee shops pay tax for all weed and hash sold over the counter, in the form of 'Tax for sundry items', and Holland benefits from the duties paid. I really think you need to get off this septic isle and experience other cultures and beliefs in order to understand that not all good things are necessarily right and not all bad things are necessarily wrong. Would you feel better if you're neighbour was making a shed load of money on top of a working wage? I know that I would! If you are going to welch on your neighbour then be prepared for any karma that you will have to bear because of it..............

You can certainly report him anonymously report him by ringing Crime Stoppers on : 0800 555 111....They have an anonymity policy where you can ring and give information without giving your own personal details.

I have had to ring them once personally and they made the whole experience less nerve-racking than what I expected it to be!
