Hmm now could be the best time to hand himself in.
The prisons are full to bursting and overflows like courts house and police station cells are at capacity also. Serious offenders will be the priority at the moment. Kiss goodbye to that licence for a while though.

If he insists on drinking and driving let's hope they always catch him before he has a chance to kill someone whilst in that condition. Just don't get in a car with him. Shame the prisons are so full otherwise perhaps they could put him away to give him a reality check. It's also a shame they can't take him to a morgue to show him what someone looks like that has been killed by a drink/driver.

Knowing how the law operates here at times, assuming your in the UK, he`ll probably get a slap on the wrists especially as all our clinks are full to bursting. A moron like this is certainly not worth fretting after though.
