OOOOK basically, i was very veeery veeeeeeery stupid. Im 15 and underage, i don't really like going straight in to physical things with guys when im in a relationship.
So when i was with this guy, after 7 months we did get to 'second base', i didn't like it, but i felt trapped cos he just wanted more so i took extremely explicit pictures of myself and sent them to him to avoid anything doing physical (dumb idea, i know) but then for some reason i thought this worked.
So i used this idea for two other boyfriends i came to have, and now im single and just wish i didn't do that and will never go there again. So basically i could try and get them to delete the pics but its most likely that someone will keep them, but i really don't want them getting on the internet, so i was wondering if it was illegal for them to post the pics because im only 15? Please help, i really don't want to be perceived in this way, does anyone have a solution? :(

I think nude pictures can only be published if the person is over 18.
Even them possessing these photos on their phones or on any other device is against the law as you are under 18. |

Unless they can make the case for them having artistic merit, yep, its illegal.
That said, unfortunately there are many avenues they can get out on the net fairly untraceably. With that in mind you might really want to prevail on their better natures and get the pictures deleted ASAP.

yes it is illegal 100% that was a really dumb idea you can go to the police and ask them there advice they might be able to get the pictures back but i very much doubt it |

It dont matter what color they try to paint it, it VERY illegal, period. and once they turn 18 its VERY illegal for them to keep them, remember they are 18 the pics are of a 15 yr old girl.
