Naked Pics of Myself on the Internet?

Ok, here's the story...I dated this guy for 5 years. During that time, I wasn't making the best decisions and let him take nude photos of me. It was completely based on trust and I thought the pictures were just for him (and me). We have been broken up for over 2 years now, and I recently discovered he has posted these photos of me on a website he had built.

Is there anything I can do to get them removed? I have already asked him and his webmaster to please take my photos down, but they have refused. What can I do? Is there any legal action I can take? Please help.

It's the internet, pictures are hard to remove if another person has them on..contact a lawyer regarding any legal actions you may be able to take
