Need advice about filing a Personal Grievance Suit against my boss.?

I have a boss who is the queen of all raving lunatics! It is unbearable to work with her on a daily basis, as her screaming and yelling prevents most of us from getting our jobs done, let alone wanting to come in to work in the first place!
I have access to her email, as I frequently need to email customers.
She sent me a nasty email complaining about my work performance several weeks ago and I recently found emails between her and co-worker regarding this email. First off, she is the General Manager of the entire establishment. The person she is talking with is a co-worker, NOT in a management position. I am in a management position, between the two.
Anyway, I found that she forwarded that email to the coworker to get her thoughts about ME. They replied back and forth via email talking about wanting me to quit, or just not show up. They discussed how they both really disliked me and then the coworker called me a name, regarding my appearance...regarding my weight, not gender or race. I was completely shocked!
I haven't said anything to either one after seeing this, however I did print the emails out, just in case I needed them in the future.
Then, yesterday I received a text message that was not supposed to be sent to me in the first place. Another co-worker, who is actually dating the first co-worker (who called me the names), accidentally sent a text to me referring to me using the names my boss and the first co-worker talked about.
I plan to talk to my boss this week, however I don't know what MY rights are concerning this issue. Can I file a personal grievance suit? Under what grounds? Discrimination? What good would doing such a thing do for me? Is there something else that I should do?
I am not familiar with the law and my rights when it comes to these types of situations.
Any advice would be GREATLY appreciated!
