Long story short I plan on getting a divorce do to my husbands inability to say no to his exwife regarding money. I have been married for less than 1 yr.. I came into the marrage with more money than my husband but do to his inability to handle money I never put his name on any of my accounts we just share one for "house bills". My fear is now he will go after half my money that I had before we got married. Can he do this and win? We don't have a house or any other assets except my stocks/bank accounts which are all in my name. ...

Um yeah, of course he courts will go for half your money during the divorce. Next he will get it, and then his ex will get it.

Sounds like either way she is getting money.
