need to know how to file a motion in family court to have the Department of Social Services investigated?

ok but what is the Motion I have to file and where can I get a copy of one that has passed through the courts???

How about the Attorney General? I would contact your state's AG and I am sure they could give you guidance as to what course to follow. Every governmental agency has to have oversight, and the Dept. of Social Services is no different. Good luck. I hope you get some satisfaction. |

What you need to do is simple:
:1- you need to file a motion
:2- you need to file in a family court
:3- you need to get the department of social services investigated

You did not indicate if you currently have a case filed. I would think that you would could report to the director of that agency a request for an investigation. It seems also contact your bar association or legal services in your area for contact with an attorney. |
