the sheep follow where the shepard leads them, and they rarely stop to ask why. its just a nature of the masses, its best not to loose too much sleep over it, because its not going to stop. i would guess 7 out of 10 people dont really like actual hard thinking, they dont have time for it. |

I agree 100 percent. The was no conspiracy, no murder, she didn't fake her own death. It was an ACCIDENT made worse by the fact that no one was wearing a seat belt. If you believed all the conspiracy theorists then Diana lives at a secret location with all the other dead celebs who no one wants to believe are actually dead. You know, Elvis, Marilyn. JFK etc. I wish for the sake of her 2 sons that the world would accept that a tragedy occurred, respect the memory of the princess and leave those poor boys in peace. |

I think if it was not for some of the conflicting stories, this would have been finished with years ago. Trouble is as mentioned earlier in one of the other answers about Dr David Kelly, there are lies, or should i say mistruths. If they just give you the facts, and as we will see in this inquest, different experts different opinions and results. I hope when it is all over then the press will leave it all alone and move on |

even if the entire story is lies we will never get the truth. and El Fyiad ( forgive spelling) will never get a court to say the royal family killed her.. what a wast of time . im sorry she is dead but she is and let the situation and the memories die too |

I completely agree - it's time to just let it go.
The same with Elvis, Marilyn, JFK, Mr Lincoln, Shakespeare...it's sad if these people's lives were cut short but there's nothing to be gained by knowing now. |

this mystery goes way too deep, just like the alleged suicide of Dr Kelly ( i think that was his name) the man involved in the war in Iraq situation. whatever happened, it needs to put to rest because if there was a conspiracy, it will always be kept a secret. in a few hundred years time, this unsolved mystery will be studied as part of history in schools. and even then, no-one will be any the wiser. |

i personaly think it was a combination of trying to get away from the camera men chasing them on motorbikes, the driver losing controle and Diana not wearing a seat belt. its sad for everyone who liked her and deastating for her family BUT!! like you, i wish they would shut up about it and move on. the only thing that should be brought to light is the question of the media being allowed to hound people in their private lives to the extent of dangerouse and agressive driving. every one is losing track of the proberbility that the media 'in the form of those idiots chasing the car', are the actual murderers of Diana.but no one in this country seems interested in facts. just their sad little conspiracy theories. |

Nobody will ever know the truth and the Inquest is a waste of tax payers money. There are a lot of suspicious aspects of this case and if it hadn't been a car crash I am sure it would have been something else. |

I saw one of the other answers and let me tell you, I just finished reading the Diana Chronicles and it was very in-depth and enlightening. Diana did not drink at all or use drugs. She was not drunk at the time of the accident. And the royal family was very much sick of her antics (i.e. not being a subordinate wench to Prince Charles) and pretty much disobeying every ridiculous "rule" the "Family" expected her to abide by. I am a Diana fan, and I believe the investigation should continue. Crimes without punishment? I don't think so. If there was a crime, it indeed needs to be punished. Remember, detox yourself from her celeberity persona and realize she was a mother and a human being and why should she be in a grave and let rest if there was a crime committed?
HOW ABOUT THIS: WHY DON'T YOU AND EVERYONE ELSE LET IT BE UP TO HER SONS IF THE INVESTIGATION SHOULD CONTINUE. YOU ARE NOT HER FAMILY ARE YOU!? |
