Never in a million years could you get for attempted murder. For one a condiment is not considered a lethal substance; however, if you really, really, really wanted to you could pursue charges for simple assault. But I seriously doubt that anything would come of it accept you might make a few new enemies in the process. Your best bet is to wait for the right time to get here back in a harmless way.
