Its not possible to do that at the roadside and it would be impossible to tell exactly when the pot was smoked.

Drug test, or the same thing as alcohol test, you can still tell if people are high. There eyes will be dilated, and they'll just be acting to chill, and some retarded. And their fingers will smell like weed, cause its hard to make that smell go away |

Most likely there will be a "suspicion of activity" decision by the officer in charge (erratic driving,smell of pot, bloodshot eyes, incoherent attitude, etc.) followed by a urine/blood test. The only problem is that since pot stays in ones system for up to 6 weeks (if you are a very fat person) a standard urinalysis of blood test is going to show positive. The basic result is that ANY buzz at all will be considered impaired driving and result in massive fines and involuntary sobriety through NA or similar groups as ordered by the courts. This will result in new revenues for the faltering economies of the poorest counties. |

wouldn't u be afraid to have a surgeon operate on u if he is high? what about a airplane pilot flying while high? a cop shooting at a criminal-he thinks....ect cant have it both ways, pot should be illegal for these reasons |
