Probation violation and hit and run.?

ok so i was doing good and i was very close to getting off( completed all my hours and everything excepet fees.)
I was in an accident involving my car running into a garage of a woman which i knew .

i was NOT intoxicated and am Charged With leaveing the scene involving property damage.

i was let out on bond 3 days ago .
in addition to the hit and run i will be aressted on a VOP charge once a warrant has been issued.

It was an acident but i was scared what would happen because i was on probation.So i left and the cop found me at my house within 5 minutes of the accident ( i lived a block away)

My probation officer is on my side, She is going to reccomend to my judge that i keep the same probation untill august as planned, and take a driving school class and do 20 hours community service. ( dhe was trying to get me off early on good behavior)
Thats good i guess but it seems so lenient i dont know if the judge will go for it .

Here's where it gets complicated .
after first appearance i wasgiven a court date on may 4th.
now that im out they are goind to arrest me again on the VOP and i guess ill get another court date.
Now how is her reccomendation going to help me on the may 4th hit and run case .
Are they going to do both at the same tiime or what .
Should i ask that they put the VoP charge on the same day at my next first appearance?

Heres what i got goin for me .:
1. I'm only nineteen
2. ive completed all my community service hours
3. My probation officers recomendation
$ the victim is a woman i kinda know and she doesnt want to press charges.
5. i may be able to get letters from my pastor and other people like that

My original Charge was possesion of a controlled substance w/o a perscription and possesion of marijuana under 20 grams.
the pill was a felony.

Now i have a hit and run with property damage.

If i was to go to jail ( obviously i will be on the warrant)
What kinda of time and i looking at in stockade

like 90days or something ?
Do you think my P.O reccomendation will fly ( P.O's do have alot of weight when it comes to the judges.

i just want to move on with my life and get this past me .
I've been through hell in the last year and a half since my original arrest in january 2008

Please dont judge me im not here for that just real advice

It all comes down the judge and his court officer. If he's lenient he may listen to your probation officer, if he's a hard *** he won't and you will serve the time you would have originally been sentenced to in lieu of probation (look at the papers you signed agreeing to the probation and you will know the amount of time you are looking at).

I got arrested and charged with another crime while on probation. The second crime I had a lenient judge who let me off with alot of fees and a slap on the wrist. The probation violation was another story and I came extremely close to 180 days in county even though my probation officer testified on my behalf. In the end it worked out and I didn't serve time but I got extremely lucky.

Like I said, it's all the luck of the draw on the judge you get and his views.
