we went to court today for sentancing for the man who molested my daughter he only got probation but he has an ins hold will he get deported right away or will he get out first
we live in california

If he is in an INS/CIS hold and he has committed a crime, then yeah, he's going away. The prob is that CIS (the new dept that took the place of INS) can move slow sometimes.

They are probably going to deport him but he has to be processed through. Its not automatic, but hopefully he will go back soon, Sorry about your child.
