Question about unemployment/underemploym... in Michigan?

My employer is instead of fireing me just continuously extending my 3 day suspension, i know if i quit i cant collect unemployment, what do i do in this situation? collect underemployment? or what are my options?

Try the NLRB; or try the Unemployment office for a partial unemployment claim

You only can collect if you are truly unemployed, NOT underemployed. Furthermore IF you "quit", you may not be able to receive unemployment. This is a dilema, and your employer is being very unlawful in what he is doing to you so he does not fire you and have to pay the increased unemployment taxes. Plain and simple. I would go talk to a knowledgable person at your local unemployment office. What your employer is doing is illegal to say the very least.
