No. Religion is seperate from State, and it's not the State's business which religion I belong to. |

None of those things list religion, at least not mine. Some religions might issue special papers for school or marriage, I don't know. In the military, a soldier can put their religion on their dog tag so they get a proper funeral. But even that is not an official declaration of religious beliefs. |

Nope. |

no its because of seperation of church and state because those papers deal with government they do not have our religion which is church on them some religions have seperate papers from the church to indicate such things but thank god for the usa and the seperation of church and state even though it seems more and more that some religions are becoming to dictate to or influence our government its getting ridiculous |

Actually you CAN put it on school medical records, in wills, in living wills, etc. However, this is usually for the purpose of caring for the individual according to what they specifically want done. Often children are not immunized because it is against their religion, and the school must have some kind of documentation. Other than that, no, it is ALWAYS voluntary. Infact, religion is not to be disclosed on any job application because of anti-discrimination laws, etc. |

Nope. Not on our passport or birth certificates. Not in Public School papers or marriage certificates issued by the Government. Not on applications for employment.
Perhaps a hospital may ask you, in case of an emergency so they can have someone of your faith give you blessings.
It is actually not legal for an employer to ask certain information for fear of discrimination: (age, race, religion, marital status, height & weight, whether you have children) |

NO! Thank God!
USA have FREEDOM of religion. Government don't keep track of your religious beliefs. Although some politicians will record your religion belief. |

Baptism papers, ID Tags in military ( called dog tags at least they did in the 60's) some marriage certificates ( church services ) |

Some organizations will ask your religion, like a school. If you were married in a church, the marriage certificate would signify what religion you are. |

not unless you choose to put it somewhere like on a set of dog tags or something religion is mostly a private thing unless one wants to share |

I don't think your religion is on any of those. If it is, it is just for informational purposes; it is not required that you register your religion with the government. |

Hope you don't mind a Canadaian anwsering your question. The only papers that you list that would have religous information on them would be school papers if you attended a religous school. Also, if you were to get married in the Catholic church, they might require that you show you Baptism Certificate, which would list the church you are associated with. |

Certificates of Baptism are given out by churches, but they are not legal papers. Nothing like that is on official records that I know of. It's rarely ever asked... |

Not unless you want it to. Religion is not an identifying factor here except on a personal level. Nobody is the same and most people don't care what you believe. |
