There is no blurry line.
If both people want it, it's consentual.
If one person doesn't want it it's rape. |

They way she is dressed is not a formal consent... laws are clear if a woman is ABOVE THE LEGAL LIMIT, she can press rape charges, because she is legally considered too impaired to make a decision.
so all those guys who pick up drunk chicks, could be prosecuted... |

Unable to give consent = no.
What she's wearing has nothing to do with it. |

There is no blurry line when it comes to rape not matter the attire the female is wearing or how much alcohol she has consumed.
With the intoxication she has simply put herself in a position to be taken advantage of - in no way does that make it right!
No means no and rape is rape! Period. |

girl drunk-not ok
dressed hot-not ok
it is NEVER ok to rape a girl.
no excuses. |

The only blurry line in my opinion is where both parties are so blind drunk they can't be held responsible for what happens. If the girl wakes up later and feels bad about it I personally don't think that constitutes rape. |

Definitely not to either question. Doesn't matter if she is a huge ho that sleeps around either, still not her fault if someone rapes her. |

It's not her fault. Everybody has a right to get drunk every now and then. And everybody has a right to dress they way they want to also. |

It's not her fault and what she's wearing has nothing to do with it. Even if you're married to the guy. |

No, it's NOT her fault. No, it does NOT matter how she might have been dressed. And in many states the fact that she was drunk is sufficient to make it rape, all by itself. A drunk person can't give consent for something like that. As a former police investigator, I would have investigated that as a rape. |

It so sad that we even have to bring it up. The answers are obviously NO. There is absolutely no excuse, I don't care how irrational someone's state of mind is, there is absolutely now way that violating a temple is fine. It there is a house with no lights on it is reasonable to believe that no ones home. If no one is home, you simple come back at a later time. To think that it is the perfect opportunity to break in an TAKE what is not yours is a criminal thought, and that is exactly what rape is. None, have the right to take without permission. Even married couples have the boundaries about the matter, how can a stranger, a friend, a family member dare to move to that level of inhuman torture.
Ladies...please watch out for one another, even if you don't like the person. |

No! It is not her fault and it does not matter how she is dressed! Even a prositute still has the right to charge someone for rape. If a woman says no...she says no! Nothing else matters! |

For the reasons you state alone, the answer is "No".
However, she carries some responsibility for any situation she finds herself in by acting with bad judgment. |

It is NEVER the fault of a rape victim--male or female. No means NO. there is no blurry line, there is no "well he/she asked for it" ( unless its a role play thing and thats a whole different subject.)
If you were a victim of rape, I hope that you can be brave enough to stand up for your rights even though it will be extremely hard. Either way, please Please realize that dressing immodestly, flirting outrageously, drinking heavily--none of this gives a person the right to violate and hurt another person.
If you can't come forward or have your friend come forward then you should at the very least go to your doctor, or even a new doctor if that makes you more comfortable and get all the STD tests available. Also, look into rape victim support groups, and/or hotlines. You don't have to face this alone. You as the victim did nothing wrong. |

It's not her FAULT, but girls need to learn to be more careful. |
