Returning an item when it says No Refund

I purchased a bra and it said No Refund on the sales receipt. The bra didn't fit right when I tried it on so the sales person/owner gave me an extension - and I paid over $100. (this business only sells bras) When I got home, I realized that I made a mistake and never would use that extender to make the bras fit. My credit card has not paid this charge. Am I in the right to return this bra without any trouble?
