My mom got laid off 6 months ago and she's been having a real hard time finding work again and she's been getting checks for disemployment, but last week was her last week to get so she won't be getting anymore...didn't obama propose a law that would give more time for people to find work and still get checks???

I don't remember that, not saying it's not true....I just didn't hear of it. Anyways, it's unemployment btw, not disemployment. Check with your state's labor board and see if anything else can be done, if anyone knows about Obama's unemployment reforms it would be them.
