Well... it wouldn't be a good idea, definately. You would have to feed and clothe her and would worry everytime she went to the loo in case she tried to escape, you would have to keep her quiet incase the neighbours heard her. You wouldn't be able to let her go outside and get, much needed, sunlight and that wouldn't be good. You probably wouldn't be able to go out to work....... too much hassle......

ok its ilegal to kidnap anybody but on some level you have your rights too... and i have heard of fathers bringing the woman to court and claiming rights to the baby so after she has given birth he gets the baby.
so maybe look into that. |

No! Everyone has a right to do with their body's what they wish. That does not mean i agree or disagree with abortion but it would not be right for someone to kidnap someone else and hold them against their will. While i do feel sympathy with fathers in this situation and i feel that maybe they should have some say in this as when a baby is born that they do not want they are still required to support it, so surely it works both ways. |

The kidnap part is way wrong but I get what you are trying to say The way things are now the father of the unborn child has no say at all. That is something that should be changed but how? make it so that abortions require both the father and mother of unborn have to consent to abort the pregnancy except in cases of rape, incest or endangerment to mothers health sound like A 1/2 WAY GOOD IDEA TO ME |

Absolutely not. She is the one that would have to suffer for 9 months and then the labour. My God, how on earth do you think up a question like this? Please don't tell me you are thinking of doing this! I know it's not particularly fair because obviously men don't get a say if a woman decides she is going to abort but there is nothing anyone can actually do about this unless medicine finds a way for men to suffer the agony of pregnancy and then the childbirth itself.
And, lets look at this another way, she wanted the baby and you didn't, would she be justified in kidnapping you to look after the child? No? Thought not! |

No, it's not. The only thing you can do is try to get a court order stopping the abortion but you're going to have to prove that you're more than capable of raising this child on your own and even then, it's still her body that is carrying the child and the courts may not grant the stay simply on that fact alone. |

No, that sort of action wouldn't be justified. It would be the action of a psychopath, which isn't be the ideal candidate for parenthood. The mother wouldn't have opted for an abortion if she'd wanted to keep the baby. What's the point of bringing an unwanted baby into the world. It would just cause misery for mother and child. |

No, two wrongs don't make right, I think the stress you would put her under would probably induce a miscarriage anyway. The real answer is Always use a condom if you don't want a baby, and make sure both of you do before planning it. |

As certain traits are hereditary maybe she does not want a baby with these traits of the father. I think you have watching to much TV . How would you cope serving 25 years for kidnap and leave behind a girl that hates you and a child that will grow to hate you ???? |

If you did that and therefore made her a mother against her will, would you really think she would want you in her life and around the child? You'd only make the both of you miserable (and the child as well, because it was not wanted) |

If I were pregnant wanting to abort and you kidnapped me until I was too pregnant, I would kill the child after giving birth to it.
I might even kill you too.
They would put me in jail for insanity.
I would tell the courts that I was a grown woman with a man who wanted to treat me like a child (thus the word "kidnap") and in return I treated him like a child. I took away the only thing that made him think he was an adult.
After doing that I still saw a boy in front of me so I killed him too.
If you believe your kidnapping scheme is somewhat justifiable, this is how it would be more so.
If I were her I would pretend like things were okay and when your guard was down, I would kill you both. |
