Should George Bush be TRIED for TREASON?
Find answers to your legal question.

Should George Bush be TRIED for TREASON?

The question speaks for itself.
Additional Details
For the TARDS trying to convince me that I do not know the meaning of the word "TREASON," I say YOU should look it up. And note dearest TARDS, I would consider the DESTRUCTION of the United States Constitution to equate to "OVERTHROWING THE current GOVERNMENT." Currently, we're supposed to be governed by The Constitution.

Yes declassifying a CIA agent's information (putting their life in danger!) and then pretending he didn't know about it is beyond wrong... this is only one reason for him to be tried for treason.

Serving Jesus
Sorry, no. While he has made some poor decisions, and deserves the low approval rating he has now, he has done nothing to deserve impeachment, let alone a trial for treason. Just because you hate him doesn't mean he's committed treason!

JTT Properties
Why?

King of the Net
I am unbale to understand why people HaTE bush but when its come to voting then everyone rush to vote for him!!!!!!!

No he shouldn't.

But since I'm guessing you think he should- let me continue...

The question doesn't speak for yourself. You've shown no proof that he should be tried for treason- in fact, all you've done is throw a wildly inflamatory accusation, with no proof to back it up- and then attack anyone who questions why you think he should be tried for treason.

Why don't you supply us with some of the reasons you think he should be tried for treason- but let's all stop for a moment and be thankful that (thanks to the Constitution) we don't live in a society where wild claims are taken as fact. That punishment for crimes is only the result of a proven case before a jury of your peers based on evidence- not just accusations.

Without any question, YES!!!

and then he should hang 'till dead for his murders.

Clearly the 'tards' fail to recognize he is conspiring with a "covert alien occupation" of our government. I realize they are quite aggravating with their insane denials but truly its best to just ignore them or, rather pitty them for their ignorance.

You mean the Questioner speaks for himself: You, Mr. Been There are a nut.............

Annoying American
Interesting. You ask a question without details and then admonish those who ask for details on what grounds the president should be tried for treason. Sounds to me like the real 'tard is the one you see in your mirror each morning.

Yes he should, he sent his men to go to iraq where many innocent civilians (men/women and children) were killed. It was his orders that killed those people.

canadianlover57
no, but he should be in a mental institute !!!

Treason would be very hard to prove.

He should be tried using the same standards used by the US to try Nazi war criminals. By those standards, initiating an unnecessary war of aggression is the ultimate war crime.

It would be much easier to convict him for war crimes than for treason.

And, he is guilty based on that standard.

Kitten
If all you want to believe is the cover-ups & lies of the liberal media, then yes.

paranoidtaxi
look up what treason means idiot

candi k
treason is just one of the things he should be tried for.

The Rebel
No ...He just isn't a good president. Being the worst president in history does not consitute TREASON.

Ol' G Dubya isnt a traitor, hes a moron. Do we kill stupid people? No, we protect them, and that is why hes still in office and so widely loved. We can only hold onto the knowledge that he cant be re-elected, his 8 years in office will be up in a couple years. Cheer with me.. YAY!!!

Treason is when you give away secrets or try to overthrow the government to another country. To be convicted of treason you need two witnesses.

I haven't seen that yet. If you can show that he is supporting Bin Ladin or handing over nuclear secrets to Iran or something along those lines, you'd have a case. But I don't know any resonable person that thinks any of that.

Kelsey
If you can come up with some legitimate charges, sure. But I highly doubt you can.

GOD NO!! You liberal scum bags are all the same. Bill Clinton should've been tried and hanged for treason, and then tried and hanged for murder after he was president for those killings down south concerning his illegal property scandal. Get your head out of the koolaide.

trea·son (trzn) KEY

NOUN:

1.Violation of allegiance toward one's country or sovereign, especially the betrayal of one's country by waging war against it or by consciously and purposely acting to aid its enemies.
2.A betrayal of trust or confidence.

According to this definition Bush could be tried for treason. But good luck trying to convince the country.

FullPotential
Premise: (1) Former President George W. Bush knowingly led our American Soldiers and our Nation into a war based on false pretenses. If you accept (1), then yes - there is no question he should be tried for Treason.
