im glad your not hurt or anythin. :) that being said you have to consider whether or not the guy would do something similar or worse to someone else. to be honest he sounds like he could have been drinking, slightly paranoid and possibly in need of some sort of help. on the other hand it could have been just a bad day for him. at the very least, you have to think whether you would want someone like that working, where your family and vunerable member of the community are going on a regular basis. you could kind of think of it as your duty to persure the matter further. :) my regards and i wish you a verry mery christmas. :)x |

You shouldn't file a report, but you should talk to the manager again so that he will do something..so the guy doesn't do it again... |

Yeah or tell his boss !
Cause if he hurt you he could do it again but to others !
I think you should |

FILE THE REPORT. It sounds like this man has mental issues and in case he does it again, something needs to be DOCUMENTED. P.s. Better ignore these knuckleheads, DID YOU READ WHAT HE DID? |

Thats horrible!!!!! You know you Can sue the man for battery assualt you can legaly sue anyone for just touching you. I would definatly at least have a hearing at court. |

In cases like this, you should always file a report. Large corporations will simply bury your "report" in some risk managers office. Anytime someone grabs you as you have described, it is assault by contact, period. You must also consider that this person may be mentally unstable, and a report may prevent this from happening to someone else. |

What if he hit your head on the wall?
He's not stable.
Problem is you'd have to go to court with some God awful yucky people in there. He'd get 2000 in fines and probably not get a job ever again in his whole life. Ever.
You pressing charges would end his life. For certain. |

File it. 1. He assaulted you. 2. He could be working there illegally and the police could help get rid of him and the menace |

If you feel like you were assaulted, file a police report. It sounds like the poor man might be mentally ill and in need of some help. Assault charges sound extreme to me, too, but it might be what it takes to get the man some help. |

Don't file charges, but threaten the management. |

TALK TO SOMEONE FROM WAL-MART MAIN HEADQUARTERS IMMEDIATELY!! TRUST ME THEY WILL FORCE SOMETHING TO BE DONE IN ORDER TO PREVENT A BIG LAWSUIT. ALWAYS CONTACT THE MAIN HEADQUARTERS WHEN MANAGEMENT FAILS TO DO THEIR JOB.

right now it's only your word against his unless there were camera's. unfortunately, you may not have a leg to stand on. it does seem very "over the top". i'm not saying you made anything up as that is a story that not many could even make up. very possibly it was someone who was to have been taking medications who went off them. i woudln't let it drop with the store for a reason other than a lawsuit.... this man sounds like he has some serious problems and they need to be taken care of before he really hurts someone. thank God you are okay. |

if i was you i wouldn't file any charges
you aren't hurt.
and it sounds as if the janitor has pyschological issues.
however...
i would make sure the mangement at walmart contacts you back, anf if they don't i would report the incident to the better business bureau
because the mangement needs to get a handle on their employees, there sounds like something was mentally wrong with the janitor,
and there is no way that walmart should let that happen without contacting you back. its not right. |

You should contact the police and press charges against him for assault. He had no right to lay hands on you |

I know it feels mean, but I would file the report and see what the prosecutor wants to do. Also follow up with the store and find out why they've neglected to get back to you about your concerns. |

Life is too short.
You said your piece. He knows it was wrong.
You reported him.
Let it go.
No need to get all touchy you know. There are worse things that happen in life. |

Let it go.
Once you file a report, he has your name and address. |
