My current employer is unfair,a liar and has broken a few labor laws. I have the support of many former employers that was fired wrongfully. I stuck around to see if things would get better but has gotten worse.I hate not to have a job , but it's about right and wrong now.

Well, this is kind of a silly question. If you are so versed up on the law, why would you need to talk to a lawyer? And if you are not, why would you talk to anyone else?
But since you say nothing about what is going on, no one here can do anything except to say that this is kind of a silly question.

Generally, by the time anyone asks "Should I consult an attorney?", it is exactly the right time to consult an attorney.
If you do not have an attorney, use the lawyer referral service of your state bar association. |

Sounds like the company I work for. Do you work for RGIS?
Anyway, I wondered the same thing, myself. What I found out is that you would have to file a report with your state's department of labor.
Different states have different labor laws. I live in Texas, and Texas does NOT take very good care of its employees. So, basically, our best bet in dealing with the company is to leave and get another job.
