In order to sue your mother for giving birth to you you would have to demonstrate that the act was negligent in that consideration for your rights as a person were ignored.

Now, since you are not a person until you are conceived (some say born) it would be more negligent to not give birth to you in that she would have violated all your rights by denying you any if you were not born.

So, you could sue your mother for not giving birth to you except that as a non-person who have no legal rights and therefore no right to compensation in court.

Now, I am going to bill you at $400.00 per hour for this legal explanation. LOL
