NO!!! People can do what they want with their own kids, but I personally think it's a mistake to chip your kids, and they will NOT thank you for it in the future! Microchipping is huge breach of personal privacy, and this country is making efforts to convince parents to chip their babies so in the future everyone will be trackable! The government does not have a right to know every little thing about everyone, and this will give them too much power!
Please do not put chips in your babies!

There are two sides to this issue; how many criminals would be caught right away if we knew where they were at all times. Secondly, that would be the end of privacy.. Imagine wanting to take a vacation away from taxes for just a little while, nothing criminal.. and having your cell phone blow up with some guy watching your every move on a computer screen asking.. "Going somewhere today Mrs. Jones?"

You've got the perfect crime stopper, coupled with the worst loss of personal privacy since the wire tap.

My overall vote is NO. I don't think babies should be bugged from womb to tomb, That doesn't mean a tracking method of some sort isn't a good idea in case we have another Jimmy Hoffa incident.

no, it's not fair to the child, what if they wanted to get away after a crime? Or just didn't want their family to find them? Actually, crimes...maybe....i don't know though, the only "other way out" though, from running away, is suicide-so, might not be a good thing. Also, they'd become paranoid, because if the wrong person finds out how to track you, well then....

The term is low jacked and no it should never be done till that person has grown up enough to decide for themselves other wise that would be inflicting pain on a child for no good reason.

i think that this would be a good idea but not for all kids.

just the parents that make their personal decision to do that or not.
