Cry and if its a guy maybe push you chest out, play with your hair, bite your lip, say im sorry officer and just be flirty if its a guy.
PS bring up PMS, this makes them feel uncomfortable.

I have been pulled over 11 times in my 2 years of driving. The only time I cried I actually got a ticket but it was dismissed. What you do is be very polite and when handing the registration say oh I think is this my registration? I got my very first ticket last month (the other 10 times where warnings) I was reckless driving (20 miles over) and I told him no way I was only going 75 I mean I know it is still speeding but I didn't say I was going 80 so then he bumped it down and suggestion I get it calebrated. But trust me my step dad was a cop and the crying does not work.

yes, certainly, cause it will stay on your record for sometime and if you are in a state where they raise the insurance rates that one ticket can cost you double with your insurance, especially if you are younger than 25.

Yes, but don't overdo it. That just pisses the cops off...but a little, subtle crying will do just the trick.
