i dont think there should be a fine but i think the people who wear their pants should be educated about where that "style" came from... lol... it came from prison, it made it easier for people to **** their cell mate n pull their pants back up before the guard noticed lol. its true. im taking criminal justice n thats what the instructer told us |

They would need to create laws for stupity, bad drivers, and ugly people then.. If this is such a big problem.. they might as well be fining the stores as well. I don't wear pants like this.. I just think it's a stupid idea. |

If your butt is exposed you should be fined for public exposure...around $100 would be reasonable. If just your underware are showing that's really sloppy but I don't think you should be fined for it. Have you ever been to the beach? It's the same thing. |

Yes, and also a fine for women who wear two sizes too small polyester pants that exposes every dimple--ewwww! |

It depends. If the panths are just baggy and look like the guy has an over active imgaination about his crotch, no. However if half of his underwear is exposed I think something should be done about it. |

Yeah, who wants to look at somebody's crack and nasty underwear. |

No, It should not, but, it is a way for them to stereotype people who might be in gangs. I don't know that it will pass though, unless they start fining people who wear those stupid skinny pants with ankle boots....OMG! Let the 80's die! |

I knew this kid he always wore his pants so you could see his boxers, well one day a teacher told him to pull his pants up and everytime He wores his pants like that she would tell him that.jmo if your out in public you should wear pants that fit but if your at your home or out in your yard you should be able to wear your pants the way you want or wear what you want.I also think it should apply to women to,I don't like seeing g-strings/thongs it nasty
in my state if you wear spikes/studs and a police officer see you,you can get fine because they are illegal in my state |
|

?
|
Why not, it looks disgusting, but really I don't see how they can because they don't do anything about everybody else letting their body parts hang out. |

Now, if I want to wear my parachute pants from the 80's would I get a fine? |

Not for baggy pants, unless they sag in the back. The fine should be that the wearer is forced to get a job and pay his momma some rent. |

I think that every state should bane baggy pants and also fine anyone who is stupid enough to wear them too.
I can't believe that any same person would ever think they are cute wearing something that ends up down by their ankles while walking.
Who ever started such a style should be banned from fashion completely because this is the worst style ever to come off the fashion line at all and that is an awful big line too.
Why would anyone ever consider wearing something that makes them look like they are wearing pants full of sh*t and can't keep them up cause the crap is to heavy and the pants fall down to their ankles?
Fashion is one thing but baggy pants are not fashion at all so please go and get a job so you all can afford to buy something that looks like style and not a pair of crap filled pants.
The fine should be a heavy one too, something that the person won't soon forget either. Then make the person wear a sign stating that they are sorry for exposing themselves the way they did. |

If it doesn't affect me. That is the style, people have to let loose. Live a little. |

i wear baggy pants and if they fine us then they should fine gothic ppl who wear all those chain and spikes cuz those are weapons |

I do not think that there should be a fine for wearing baggy pants. If you can not look past the clothing and see the person, you have a whole new set of problems. For one it is profiling. For two if you fine someone for baggy pants then you must fine them for cowboy boots, trucker hats, any clothing that shows a VPL, and so on. You can not fine one without fining them all. |

Yes there should be a fine. We already have one. We are a really small town so dallas should have already passed the law by now. I think it is 50 dollars here but it should be 500 dollars |
