Rule 1 about the use of a public or private institution of learning should be that if you aren't here legally, you aren't attending.

If by "undocumented" you mean "illegal" then they have already proved they do NOT have "good moral laws". Your question is moot. If you mean the children of illegals, they are here illegally, too, and the same answer applies. Ship the illegals to the furthest corner of whatever country they deserted to invade ours.
