Skunk,weed,marijuana...wh... your want to call it.....Do you??

My bloke has smoked it for 10 years and its never done him any harm! Hes more at home playing on his 360 then out at pub every night, at least i know where he is.

You could be right, just don't drive while you are on it or you are as bad as those that drink n drive.other than that , do what you like in your own home.

I wish they would make their mind up one way or the other. The present 'It's illegal but we don't take it that seriously' situation is confusing.

At present, the government are, by not allowing legal, taxable, sales, denying themselves a potentially huge source of money, and instead channelling that cash into the criminal community! They should either legalise it, or come down like a ton of proverbial bricks!

I agree with you. I smoked it when i was younger for a while and i'm ok. Think alcohol causes more trouble as it seems to make people wanna fight or do something dangerous!!

They want to make it class B as it has been linked to mental health problems.....I personally do not think by making it class B they will help anyone. I think it should be legalized as that way the strength of the weed could be measured to make it safer for people to use without the side effect of paranoia etc, i agree alcohol is worse....if u drunk too much in one night it could kill u......if u smoked too much in one night u'd have a great night sleep!!!!!

Firstly i have smoked it before, can't say i'm a regular user, but i must say i do agree with you that alcohol is worse. Weed is just such a lazy thing. It's harmless, you never hear of people dying from it, like you do with alcohol.

But it is classed as a drug and they're not gonna legalize it! sorry mate.

PS: I do think they are making it into something its not.

i have smoked it for years and im still normal too i think lol it def doesnt warrant class b,they say because it leads to harder drugs,iv never taken anything else and have no desire to.i agree that booze is worse,it changes your whole personality,where as blow doesnt!

I've smoked it on and off for 20 years. What is getting my goat is the governmental scaremongering about so-called super-skunk. Where is this stuff? None here, the local supply is c**p at the moment.
And. no, I'm not schizophrenic. I do heve mental health problems but that's to do with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.

Agreed, but they should only legalise when they can test for being under the influance of it on the side of the road, we STILL have d1ckheads that drink and drive, we don't need a load of slow reacting stoners out there too.

The netherlands has very few drug laws, and they have the fewest number of hard drug addicts in Europe, and the most hard drug addicts in rehab in Europe. Cannabis doesnt have to be taken with tobbaco, and although it has carinogens in it that can cause cancer, the THC means that altogether smoking grass (obviously tobacco does counteract this) means you are thirty percent LESS likely to get cancer, as THC kills weak (eg cancerous) cells only. Noone has ever died of cannabis overdose, and it doesnt affect intelligence in the long term. THC does mean that brain damage is (slightly) more likely, but cannabis also has CBD in it, which is better at preventing brain damage than most perscription drugs, so if cannabis was legal strains could be made that actually reduce the chance of brain damage. Also the argument about stronger cannabis being available is poor - just like vodka being up to 12 times stronger than beer you just drink less of it. tobbaco (should be class B if system was done properly) and alcohol should be class A if system was done properly) are both much more dangerous than cannabis, but the government makes money off them.
