Smoker in non-smoking apartment?

I'm transferring colleges soon, and want to find my own studio apartment. I've found a few that are really nice, but they all have the same problem: they're all non-smoking.
I'm not a cigarette smoker. I smoke weed, and not everyday (usually every week or so). What are the chances of me getting caught? Or my landlord caring? Any tips on how I can get away with it?
P.S. the city I'm moving to has marijuana bumped down to a low-priority crime, so please no speeches about how I'll regret it later. I'm just worried about what my landlord will do.

Try e cigarettes. They produce only water vapor and have no tar or carcinogens. More and more of my smoker friends are digging them. |

smoking weed is still smoking by the wway.
YOU can't get away with it. Marijuana smoke soaks in toe the plaster and paint, even the walls of an apartment, so anyone who walks into yoru apartment will smell it. |
