Its a serious one, report immediately to the police. And dont entrust anyone from now on with your Id and Add Proof etc.

report it to your bank and the company they are taking the sim cards out on, set up a password so that they know it is you.

it must be those guys where you have taken your sim connectionfrom.I think they are using identity card information.Inform police about it.
Tell the police where you have taken your sim connection and whom you suspect
