~btw...you don't clarify WHICH type of source you are looking for. Are you looking for the originating source of American law? Or are you looking for what is referred to as "primary sources" and "secondary sources" (as far as research is concerned).
If you understand that American law originated from Common Law in England, and we don't follow anything outside United States jurisdiction, then the question should be easy to answer. |
